HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND A WINTER JAM EVENT?
The requested donation for general admission seating is $15 per person at the door - from 3 years old and up. We have a limited number of Jam Nation memberships availalable as well. For more info on JAM NATION, CLICK HERE.
ARE THERE ANY HEALTH REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND WINTER JAM?
We would like to make Winter Jam available to all. Therefore, we will not be requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results to attend Winter Jam 2023. Although the tour is not requiring masks, check with your local venue close to show time for their current policies.
DOES THE TOUR ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS TO ATTEND WINTER JAM?
General Admission $15 donations at the door need to be cash or check (make checks out to NewSong Ministries). Jam Nation memberships must be purchased using a credit/debit card. You can use debit/credit cards once you get into the venue for concessions and merchandise.
DOES WINTER JAM HAVE AN AGE LIMIT TO ATTEND THE SHOW?
Winter Jam is a family friendly event. All ages are welcome to attend!
CAN ONE PERSON SAVE A SPACE IN LINE FOR A GROUP?
No. Because this is a General Admission show, a group must wait in line together and enter through the doors at the same time.
HOW LONG IS THE CONCERT?
All artists perform each night, so you get to enjoy approximately 3.5 hours of show time!
DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING AT A WINTER JAM SHOW?
The tour does not have control over parking fees. Please contact your local venue and ask them if they plan on charging for parking during the show.
CAN YOU MAKE A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM STAGE?
Unfortunately, due to the length of our show and the tight schedule we cannot accommodate special announcements/birthday wishes/proposals/etc.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW?
Yes. Food vendors/stands will be open on the concourse of the arena.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE VENUE?
Each venue has its own security requirements and restrictions. As a general rule, no outside food and drink are allowed, along with large backpacks, professional cameras (with detachable lenses), and no weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, laser pointers, selfie sticks, etc.). Please contact your local venue regarding specific questions you have.
IS THERE HANDICAP SEATING AT WINTER JAM?
Yes. Each venue that Winter Jam visits is handicap accessible, but they are unique, so we ask that you contact your local venue to get more information on their handicap/disabled protocols.
DO I HAVE TO BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION TO GET GREAT SEATS AT WINTER JAM?
No! You can get great seats by paying the $15 donation at the door. The vast majority of the venue's seats are available for non-Jam Nation members in every city.
CAN I SIT ANYWHERE I WANT IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS?
Yes. All Jam Nation members will receive exclusive access to the seat of their choice. Please remember that Jam Nation members will select their seats based on a "first come first served" basis as they enter. That being said, the earlier you enter through the Jam Nation doors, the better your seat choices will be.
CAN I SAVE SEATS?
No. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save seats for anyone that's not inside the building already.
HOW DO I GET MY BAND CONSIDERED FOR A WINTER JAM LINE-UP?
ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED AT WINTER JAM?
Still photography is allowed. Video cameras or professional photography equipment are not allowed. Each venue has their own policy for what types of cameras they allow in so if you plan to bring a DSLR camera, we suggest you contact the venue in advance to double check.

HOW CAN I MEET THE ARTISTS?
Many of the artists will go to their merch tables after the show, but it can vary from night to night. You can also become a JAM NATION MAX member for an exclusive meet and greet with We The Kingdom and Jeremy Camp!

WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE WHEN YOU BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION?

IS THE JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
No. Your membership is for you and you alone and is not transferable.
CAN I BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION AT THE DOOR?
All JAM NATION Memberships must be ordered in advance online. But you are more than welcome to purchase a membership the day of show online. If you order your Jam Nation membership within 12 days of the show (including weekends and holidays), no worries, simply print and bring your email confirmation for early admission through the JAM NATION Platinum Access entrance and the Jam Nation Coordinator will give you your shirt, voucher, and pass at the door.
You can also purchase a JAM NATION Membership online via your Cell Phone, as long as you can show the receipt on your phone to the JAM NATION Coordinator at the door.
HOW DO I ORDER A JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP?

WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS FROM JAM NATION GO?
JAM NATION is not a ticket, it is an exclusive membership with many benefits. All proceeds of JAM NATION help offset the overall operating costs of The Winter Jam Tour. The revenue from JAM NATION helps us maintain a high quality ministry-focused concert experience while offering an incredibly affordable general admission price of $15 at the door.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE JAM NATION Q&A TAKE PLACE?
The JAM NATION Q&A is scheduled to take place 30 minutes prior to the general admission doors opening. Times may vary depending on day of show schedule and commitments. Q&A will take place from the main stage.
